Processing Time

All orders are processed with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

United States

  • Free shipping is automatically applied to all U.S. orders of $100 or more.

  • Orders under $100 will display shipping rates at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we are unable to offer free international shipping. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the most efficient and cost-effective method. All rates are calculated in real time at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, ownership of the package transfers to the customer.

If your order shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Confirm your shipping address in your order confirmation email.

  2. Check with neighbors, building management, a mailroom, or any safe drop areas.

  3. Contact the carrier directly (USPS or UPS) to open a missing package claim.

Because shipping and delivery are handled by third-party carriers, Andie G Studio cannot replace or refund packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed once in transit.

Incorrect Addresses

If the address you entered at checkout is incorrect and the package is returned to us:

  • We are happy to re-ship your order.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at andie.g.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will be happy to assist with a replacement or appropriate solution.
