Refund policy

At Andie G Studio, each product is created and packaged with great care. Because our items are made in small batches and often feature original hand-painted artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at andie.g.studio@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace the item or provide an appropriate solution.

Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
